Delivery & Pickup


We do offer delivery and pickup, which means that we will deliver and pick up your rental items to the location that you need them. Pickup from our warehouse is available for some items, however delivery is required for all of our Tents, Custom Lighting, and Specialty Furniture. Delivery and pickup insures that your items are transported safely, and you are not responsible for them while they are in transport. Our standard weekday delivery fee starts at $85 depending on the location. It includes us assigning you a three hour window in which we will arrive during regular business hours. Additional charges may apply if your items need to be delivered at a specific time, taken more than 100 feet from where we can get our truck up to and/or if items need to be taken up stairs. We just ask that the items are stacked in the same place they were dropped off at for pickup. Additional charges may apply if you need your items setup and broken down.  


Setup & Breakdown


In addition to delivery and pickup, we also offer setup and breakdown of your rented items. If you would like us to setup and breakdown your rented items, we will make sure that we are at your event early enough to have everything setup in plenty of time. We will then be back at the end of your event to break everything down. Please see our pricing section for basic charges. Please contact us for an exact quote for your event.


Site Visits


We are happy to schedule a site visit  for larger jobs to quote custom jobs and to help you plan what all you need. We charge a fee of $50 per site visit in the Jacksonville area, however the charge for your first site visit will be credited back to you after you book.
